THINGS TO SEE & DO
Beaches
Visitors to Padstow are spoilt with no fewer than seven beautiful beaches accessible within a 5-10 minute drive, including some of Europe's top surfing spots.
Amusement Parks

There are numerous activities for children of all ages, e.g. Crealy's Adventure Park and Springfield's Fun Park, both within a 15 minute drive of the house
Gastro Haven
Known as one of Cornwall’s great foodie destinations, visitors to Padstow can indulge in some of Rick Stein’s famous restaurants or visit Paul Ainsworth at No.6 for some truly delicious Michelin-starred food.
A base for the rest of Cornwall
A stay in Padstow is the ideal base for exploring Port Isaac, Tintagel, the Eden Project and a range of National Trust properties
Camel Trail

Padstow forms the start and end point of the Camel Trail, based along a disused railway. We recommend hiring bikes in Padstow and enjoying the scenic cycle ride to Wadebridge, and onto Bodmin
Ferry to Rock
Take the ferry over to Rock to enjoy a day on the beach, golf at St Enodoc's or a stroll along the sand dunes to visit the peaceful setting of Sir John Betjeman's grave. Foodies are also drawn to Rock's many restaurants
